Extensive research skills and experience relating to sustainable agronomic strategies against key agricultural and horticultural pests. This is achieved through applied entomology and integrated pest management with a focus on insect behaviour, plant-insect interactions, biopesticides and biological control. Detailed knowledge of invertebrate pest biology and bioassay techniques. Experience of completing research at laboratory, semi-field and field scale.
