I come from a farming background in Brazil with a true interest in innovation of agricultural systems. I’ve spent the last 12 years working at companies directly related to agricultural production, enabling myself to experience agriculture and agribusiness from various perspectives.
When I came across the method of regenerative agriculture, it initially got my attention because of the great potential to reduce external crop inputs and increase resilience for droughts in farming operations, simply by shifting the focus to soil management!
Reading further on the topic of regenerative agriculture, I was excited to discover that the benefits of this production system go way beyond, also enhancing biodiversity, sequestering carbon in the soil, and so on.
My goal is to combine my skills, practical experience and my drive to make a positive impact, to promote and implement regenerative agriculture.
